How did we start our business?
Jordan’s Helping Hands started as a passion project. I’ve always been passionate about helping people in ways that truly matter to them. Everyone is helpful in their own way, Grocery Store Stockers are just as important as Doctors in our society but assisting individual people with their specific struggles is what I love to do. Unfortunately there isn’t a huge selection of jobs that help individual people with their personalized needs and even fewer companies that keep the mental health of their clients in mind. That’s why I decided that Jordan’s Helping Hands of Georgia would be the best way for me to dedicate myself to address people’s individual needs in a way that I can be passionate and helpful about. Filling a space that very few companies occupy but so many people need assistance with is the perfect calling.
What is our Goal?
The goal of our business is to help as many people in the area as possible. It takes a village to have a functioning society and we strive to create a stronger village in an area that has strong individualism. Being a military town, we have many families that struggle without help from families, friends and neighbors due to the military's quick moving times. Our business works to help alleviate this problem and give everyone an opportunity to have a support system with them.
What makes us different?
Flexible Pricing is one of the ways we’re different from other companies. We strive to be accessible to everyone in the area and if knocking down the price helps that happen, we’re happy to do so. We have our average pricing but for those that need a little extra help, we work with tight budgets and host fundraiser programs so we can help as many as possible! Ask about donating or supporting these low-income programs!
Jordan’s Helping Hands of Georgia is a business but we value a sense of community. We hope to make strong connections with families to help them with their every need or where our customers feel comfortable asking for help! We care about the individual problems of our clients and always want to help wherever possible. Almost every part of our business can be customized to what our clients need. We’re here to support the community however possible.
We believe that it takes a village to have a good society. A village is needed to raise a child, to support the parents, the grandparents and everyone in between. Jordan’s Helping Hands of Georgia strives to create this village and encourages families to be a part of our community. If we cannot for some reason help you ourselves, we’re more than happy to connect you with someone that can. By creating stronger connections with our clients, especially in a military town, we want to provide everything that is needed for families to thrive, from taking kids to soccer practice or picking up around the home, we cover families of all shapes and sizes. We encourage you to be apart of our village and help those in the community.
Jordan’s Helping Hands of Georgia has a background and experience working with individuals that have Disabilities, Mental Illness and Other struggles. We’re advocates for all of these struggles and our services can be accommodated to our clients needs. We have various ways to communicate with us such as phone calls, emails, texting or in person, we’re happiest with what is most comfortable for you.
All of our services are completely judgment free. While you don’t expect judgment to come with many services, we’re aware that many businesses have this problem because employees are human. At Jordan’s Helping Hands of Georgia, we’re actively keeping the space judgment free with training and education. Our goal is to help you with anything you need assistance with. We believe there’s no shame in needing extra help and we aren’t here to judge you or give unsolicited advice, we’re just glad you’re asking for the help you need. No matter what you may feel about your situation, we’re not here to judge you.
Any reasonable accommodation can be made with our services. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer customized accommodations. We’re aware that many people need accommodations but may be nervous to share or might not even be aware we offer this, but if we can do anything to make our clients happier, healthier and more calm, with or without diagnosis or papers, we’re more than happy to do so.
